By accessing or using CoderVex AI, SmartWoo, our website, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
CoderVex provides AI-assisted media and content generation, project and media management, developer APIs, and optional integrations including SmartWoo for WooCommerce. Features, models, output limits, integrations, and availability may vary by plan, region, provider availability, and technical constraints. We may update the Service to improve security, performance, or functionality.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your passwords and API keys, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, including activity by people or applications to whom you provide access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the selected monthly or annual cycle. Taxes may apply. Credits, plans, and included limits are described at purchase and may be subject to expiry, plan terms, or provider limits. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, fees and used credits are non-refundable. You can manage eligible subscription changes from your account before the next billing period.
You must use the Service lawfully and may not submit or create content that infringes rights, is deceptive, abusive, harmful, or violates applicable law. You may not bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, misuse another person’s identity or data, use the Service to create malware or fraud, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, model, integration, or system.
You retain responsibility for the prompts, product information, files, and other material you submit ("Input"). You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Input and use any connected-store data. Subject to these Terms and applicable provider terms, you may use generated output for lawful purposes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to output generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review it carefully before publishing, relying on it, or using it in commerce, advertising, health, legal, financial, or other consequential contexts.
Integrations, payment providers, AI model providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing them and for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation, connected store, API keys, and any credentials you provide. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.
CoderVex and its software, branding, documentation, and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription or permitted access period; they do not grant ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be unique, accurate, or fit for your purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderVex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
